Creating a Stripe Restricted Key

  1. Open your Stripe Dashboard → Developers → API keys
  2. Click Create restricted key
  3. Give it any name, e.g. "InvoArc"
  4. Under Permissions, find Invoices → set to Read
  5. Leave all other permissions as None
  6. Click Create key - it will start with rk_live_ (live) or rk_test_ (test)
Do NOT use a secret key (sk_live_... or sk_test_...) - it has full write access and is unnecessary for read-only exports.
Your key is encrypted with AES-256 before storage and discarded as soon as your ZIP is ready. We never store it in plaintext. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
